Concatenate

In Excel names are usually seperated by cells. However, in many cases these items may need to be combined. A quick way to do this is by using a function called Concatenate. Below is a brief tutorial on the application:

1. Here is are names we would like to combine into one cell.

2. Type in the function =Conctenate(A2, B2).

Note: You can add as many variables as you wish to combine. Just use a comma as a seperator.

3. The final product is merged copy of cells A2 and B2
